Gearing - Helical and spiral bevel gearing designed as per IS 4460-67 profile corrected as per IS 3756-65 and rated as per IS 3177-65. Teeth-cutting and grinding is done in both metric module and diametrical pitch (D.P.) system maintaining span.
Lubrication - Forced lubrication or scrapers for splash lubrication are provided on both sides of gear for positive flow of oil onto the bearings in either direction of rotation.
Cooling - Unibuilt cooling coils or external heat exchangers are provided where required.
